Create an Account with Us

Create an account with Ministry of Lands, Cross River by clicking Register on the Main Menu or Here to proceed. After Creating an Account, when you log in, a One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to your email. Then you may proceed with land registration.
NOTE: Check your junk mailbox for Email if your Account is New for OTP.

Registration and Documentation steps

Once logged into your secure Portal, proceed with the following:

Register and Upload land documentation

Visit Ministry of Lands office for in-person verification

Ground rent invoice will become available online.

View invoice and Make payment on the portal

Verification of Land

To Avoid a land being sold multiple times by some gullible individuals, we have introduced the land verification process. This enables an Individual to check whether the land has been sold out and is being owned by the claimed seller. Click Here to Verify Land.
